Trauma therapy offers you a safe space to work through painful experiences at your own pace. Together, we can work towards easing the weight of distress, calm difficult symptoms, and find a sense of balance. The aim is to help you feel safer, stronger, and more grounded in yourself so you can move forward with greater sense of wellbeing.

Queer & Trans community
I offer a safe and supportive space where you can be free to talk about your identity, relationships, and life. Together, we can work through difficult experiences, challenges or discrimination, focusing on helping you feel at ease in your own skin.
